Department of Anesthesiology Team-Based Projects

Participation Requirements

1. Lead or participate in an ongoing Anesthesiology improvement project for Medical Trainees and promote the project to the department
2. Mentor Anesthesiology Trainees, attend team meetings throughout the course of the program according to the faculty expectations, provide guidance, assist with project A3 development, intervention implementation, data gathering, and data review 
3. Meet with the Anesthesiology Trainees over the course of the program (at least four times) to plan resident involvement, set expectations, assess project progress, and possibly assist in the development of project deliverables
